The Data Operations Specialist will partner with their Customer Success Manager to understand, evaluate and execute on customer specific communication strategies.
This includes but is not limited to understanding customer CRM systems and specifications; manually pulling and importing contact data from CRM systems into Hatch; recognizing inconsistencies with data and surfacing any concerns to their CSM and Data Manager; executing on customer campaign launches daily; learning and building advanced search queries for specific audience targeting.
The Data Operations Specialist will be comfortable with repetitive tasks, highly organized and efficient with managing multiple tasks and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
This person will be included in customer strategy conversations and be expected to quickly translate customer requirements into execution plans alongside their CSM.
