Whitelist an IP Address

Most internet service providers (ISPs) have very stringent security settings by default. This is a good thing, but sometimes it can cause issues with accessibility. The same goes for CRMs like Salesforce or i360.

If you’re unable to access some websites or have a program connect to your CRM (like Hatch, for instance 😉), more than likely it is because of your CRM's security settings.

To comply with these security measures, we recommend that you whitelist the following IP addresses to grant Hatch approved access to your CRM.

I know this sounds complicated, but it’s actually really easy. Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of how to whitelist our Hatch IP address in Salesforce or ImproveIt! 360.

  • From Setup, type Network Access in the Quick Find box, then select Network Access.
  • Click New.

  • For Hatch you'll need to create two entries. For the first:
Start IP Address: 64.225.50.228
End IP Address: 64.225.50.228

Once you save, create another new IP range, and enter:

Start IP Address: 104.248.2.3
End IP Address: 104.248.2.3
  • Click Save.
