We've got a handful of updates, reminders, and resources for you this week:
A small but mighty update! As you know, there are automatic removal rules in Hatch, but there are times when you may need or want to manually remove someone from a campaign.
In the past, you had to scroll through the list of contacts in that campaign to find them and remove them. Now, the contact comes with a badge at the top of the open card, showing which campaign(s) they're in—with an "X" button that allows you to remove them in one click! This one is a big time saver.
ServiceTitan calendar summaries just got a glow up 💅
New updates now capture richer conversation details, customer data, insights, and even full transcripts. That means less digging, faster handoffs, and more confidence that every job or booking is complete.
Hatch now double-checks phone numbers and emails before sending them to ServiceTitan—so only accurate info makes it through. That means smoother scheduling, fewer errors, and happier customers.
Quickly resurfacing that you can now re-order suggested responses, and you can have one AI agent in charge of multiple campaigns.

With the Hatch and Siro integration, Siro captures the in-home conversation and sends key insights—like timeline, emotional ties, and objections straight to your Hatch AI agent, who can then conduct estimate follow up that hits home, every time.
