Aging equipment campaigns in Hatch
In ServiceTitan, equipment age tracking helps businesses schedule proactive maintenance, plan replacements, and communicate upgrade opportunities to customers.
Campaigns you can run based on equipment age include:
- Maintenance reminders: Send timely maintenance reminders based on equipment age to keep units running efficiently.
- Warranty expiration alerts: Notify customers as their equipment approaches or exceeds warranty periods to drive extended warranty sales or inspections.
- Upgrade or replacement opportunities: Recommend upgrades to newer, more efficient models as older equipment becomes outdated.
These campaigns create opportunities to engage customers, build trust, and drive revenue.
Aging equipment campaign template
We’ve also added an Aging Equipment campaign template to Hatch. You can find it in Hatch by going to Campaigns > Create New and then selecting it from the template gallery.
Notes on this template:
-
Terms in double brackets are dynamic Hatch snippets that populate information automatically.
-
Due to TCPA, the first text of any campaign must tell the recipient how they can opt out.
-
Also due to TCPA, every automated text that is sent out before the customer responds must contain the company name.
