Creating a Voice AI bot is the same as creating an SMS/email AI bot. You'll create your persona, business profile, FAQs, and instructions. You can test the bot before publishing and then make edits at any time after that. You can watch a demo of creating a bot here.

Currently, Hatch voice AI is for inbound call handling only. Outbound call functionality is slated for May 2025.

Currently, calendar integration is only available for ServiceTitan calendars, but the majority of our AI users use the bot to collect all of the information about the lead first and then have the bot hand off to a human for scheduling. Additional calendar integrations are in the roadmap for future releases.

This Hatch AI Free Trial Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between:

Free Trial Period
Hatch agrees to provide a free trial of Hatch’s Voice AI services (the “Services”) for a period of 7 days, commencing on the date the first Hatch AI bot is live (“Free Trial Period”).
Free Trial Usage
The Free Trial Period includes up to 250 AI conversations. Any usage beyond the 250 AI conversations during the Free Trial Period will be subject to overage pricing as outlined in Hatch’s usage terms, available at: Hatch Usage Pricing Terms.
Post-Trial Pricing
Upon conclusion of the Free Trial Period, you agree to continue the Services under a paid plan at a rate of $499 per month, which includes up to 250 AI conversations. Any additional conversations beyond the 250 per month will be charged at a rate of $2.00 per conversation.
Joint Case Study
If applicable, you agree to participate in a joint case study with Hatch, in exchange for receiving preferred pricing terms for the Services.
Terms and Conditions
This Agreement is subject to Hatch’s Terms and Conditions. You agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth therein.
Data Privacy and Security
Hatch shall implement reasonable measures to protect your data and ensure compliance with applicable data privacy laws. Your data will be handled in accordance with Hatch’s Privacy Policy.

Hatch AI allows you to build custom AI agents that converse with your contacts over text, phone, and email.

Each bot has a name, a personality, a business profile to reference, and a directive (like to qualify leads, book appointments, or follow up on quotes). You then give it a series of instructions, called prompts, on how to complete that directive. Finally, you set rules so the bot knows when to transfer to a human, how to handle objections, and when to part ways with a contact.

Nope. Hatch AI does not require any coding or complex setups. All of the prompts and instructions you give are in plain language, like "Ask the customer what day and time works best for them."
