She has over 10 years in the Telecom industry in reverse logistics, process improvements, and quality systems. Her current responsibility is to bring the best-in-class vendor- partners into Service Nations Rewards program.
Nicole's smile is contagious, and she believes in the greater good of people, so being able to inspire and educate those in this industry comes naturally. Her passion for helping people is evident in her professional and personal relationships. She serves on the Board of Directors for two organizations that focus on enhancing the lives of teenagers. Nicole has been married for over 20 years and resides in Flower Mound, Texas with her husband and son. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, and watching her son compete in football and baseball.
