Hatch and MarketSharp Announce Partnership

February 28, 2020 - On Friday, Hatch announced an official partnership with MarketSharp, an industry-standard home improvement customer relationship management (CRM) system.

“As one of the home improvement industry’s most recognizable CRMs, this MarketSharp partnership was a no-brainer to make our MarketSharp customers more efficient with their customer engagement efforts,” said Chris Bache, CEO at Hatch. “To me, this partnership also highlights the growing value that home improvement businesses are finding with a conversation platform for high-consideration customer engagement.” 

For customers, the partnership itself signifies a seamless integrated experience for Hatch and MarketSharp users.

In 2019, Hatch recognized the need to integrate with an industry-standard CRM that could handle contact and communication information sync - MarketSharp was the clear choice. 

“Working in tandem with MarketSharp’s development team meant that we could create an in-depth integration to sync contacts and push communication history back to a user’s CRM,” said Bill Violante, president at Hatch. “This has been a much-requested feature by our clients and we’re excited to roll this out for our MarketSharp users.”

While MarketSharp gives users the power of built-in marketing automation features, users can now take advantage of special discounted rates experience Hatch’s powerful rehash platform that centralizes texting, emailing and calling from one platform.

This is Hatch’s second official CRM partnership after ServiceMonster, which was formalized in early 2019.
