We're really excited to share our latest feature in Hatch Voice AI: Custom AI Voices! This is designed to bring a whole new level of personalization and authenticity to your AI-powered interactions.

What are custom AI Voices in Hatch?

Custom AI Voices allow you to create your own, unique voice for your AI agent—right within the app. Simply record your voice using a provided 30-second script, and within a minute, your custom voice is generated and ready to use. No technical hurdles, no complex integrations—just your voice, your way.

How does it work?

Creating a custom voice in Hatch AI takes less than a minute. Here's a quick video tutorial:

And here are the written steps:

• Head over to the Persona tab in your bot builder and click on the Voices drop down.
• Click the new Create Custom Voice icon.

• Within a minute, your custom voice will be available in your voice library, ready to go.

• You can create up to five custom voices per organization.
  
  

Why it matters

We have a lot of great voices in our voice library (Brenda is a fan favorite), but in an age where AI agents are cropping up everywhere, this feature enables you to maintain a level of authenticity and consistency in every conversation.
