Hatch Voice AI updates
- Guided experience. When building out an AI bot, you will now see a checklist on the right hand side of the bot builder, of what you need to do in order to begin interacting with the bot. You can click on the arrow for each step to complete that step.

- Spam call filtering. This feature allows you to move spam calls to a dedicated column in your workspace with a custom disposition. This way, it doesn’t clutter up your board and you can get a true read on how many conversions your voice AI agent is handling.

- 3 new AI voices. We’ve released 3 new AI voice personas to choose from (Brooke, Jacqueline, and Salesman)

- Data extraction for Voice AI. The data extraction feature is now available for Voice AI conversations.

Hatch Campaign Builder updates
- Voicemail uploads. You can now upload voicemails for campaigns! This Requires a .wav file or .mp3 file. This allows you to reuse the same voicemail across campaigns, and to create new campaigns without having to create a new voicemail every time.

- Snippet fallbacks. If you have a snippet in your Hatch campaign, but your database doesn't have data to populate that snippet, then Hatch will not send the message. (Otherwise the customer might get a message that says [[Contact First Name]]). But we've got a new fallback solution for this! Learn more about snippets and snippet fallbacks here.
- Appointment snippet update. By default, Hatch has always pulled from the most recent opportunity, but now you can specify the source for that opportunity. You can learn more in the article linked above.

Hatch integrations updates

- For AI bots scheduling appointments, you now have more flexibility for the “Lookup period” which is the time frame from which the bot pulls appointment availability.

- Angi

- You can learn more about working with masked leads here.

Google LSA
