We have four key Hatch updates for you this week!
1. Notifications 🔔
- You might have noticed you now have notifications on the sidebar in Hatch! For notifications specific to you, not to all users in a workspace.
- In short, you will see a ringing red bell when:
- A bot assigns you a conversation
- Another user assigns you a conversation
- A reminder that you created for a contact is triggered
- Here's the Knowledge Base Article.
- If you have any requests for notifications, send em our way!
2. Global removal Rules ⛔️
You can now create Removal Rule Templates to apply and manage removal rules across workflows. This works across workspaces within a single department. The link above documents how to use it!
3. Rich text for chatbot instructions 📝
- We've begun rolling out the Rich Text Editor for Chatbot Instructions!
This turns our Chatbot Instructions into a word doc experience so you can style text with bold, italics, bulleted lists, numbered lists, and more.
- This makes it easier for you to create instructions and for your AI to comprehend and follow them.
- This is in the new UI only.
- We're rolling this out in stages, so if you don't see it yet, that's why!
4. Voice AI
Every voice AI conversation now includes a transcript and recording. We're working on the same for for non AI phone conversations!
Hatch Voice AI bots have had 1,129 conversations already! More and more Hatch users are launching it. Learn more about Hatch Voice AI here.
