The company
The Board Store Home Improvements provides replacement windows and doors, sunrooms, kitchen and bath remodels, and more. Based in La Crosse, Wisconsin, the company was founded in 1989, has 50 employees, and completes about 1,000 jobs per year. They're ranked #207 on the Qualified Remodeler Top 500 list.
The problem
Inconsistent follow-up with quoted leads. With increased demand and back-to-back appointments, sales reps never had enough time to follow up with leads that didn't one-call-close.
The Board Store knew they were missing out on jobs, but didn't have the technology or processes in place to effectively go after unsold leads. Manual follow-ups were few and far between.
"Our reps don't have the time to follow-up after every appointment. Hatch puts that on autopilot, so we can sell more jobs without any of the extra work."
The solution
Automate sales follow-up by connecting MarketSharp to Hatch. When The Board Store results an appointment as "Demo / Maybe" in MarketSharp, Hatch automatically sends a text, email, and voicemail to the homeowner. Hatch continues to follow up until the homeowner responds.
Alissa Wilson gets notified when someone responds so she can jump in, collaborate with the sales rep to handle objections, and close the deal.

The results
$94K per month in additional sales.
