1. Reordering suggested responses
You can now change the order in which suggested responses appear in the open card. Simply drag and dorp them on the workspace configs page!

2. Multi-campaign bots
You can now assign a bot to multiple campaigns in the Hatch Assistant playground! This makes monitoring and maintenance easier than ever.

3. Meet with us at Pantheon
ServiceTitan users, if you're headed to Pantheon next month, book some time to catch up with us in person! Our VP of Customer Success (Eric Blumenthal) will be meeting with customers 1:1 to review your account, make sure it's optimized, and answer any questions you may have.
4. Meet with us at Super Meeting
